Been going over 6 months now and from the beginning to now they just keep getting better and better in that place. The staff are the most friendliest and loveliest bunch of people ever and will always be a helping hand. Have two of my friends that come with me and also my family are wanting to start there. Everyone else minds their own business and gets on with what they wanna do. No worrying about if anyone’s looking. I have nothing but good words for this place. The monthly fee is really worth it with all the machines and lessons you can get and just the atmosphere in general. It tops most gyms in long Eaton in my opinion. Big big love to Arun and raj ❤️❤️

I have never been to a gym before now, and I was a little apprehensive, but Arun, Alex, Raj and the team have all been super welcoming and informative. Trainers at the gym clearly have a wealth of knowledge, aren't judgemental, and have massive enthusiasm for what they do.
I decided to sign on to the personal training at the gym and I've felt benefits immediately. Each session is fun, and I come away learning a lot and feeling uplifted.
The gym itself is kept very clean and has good facilities. It makes great use of technology. Upon signing up to the gym you get given access to a convenient app which makes managing appointments, classes. subscriptions etc really easy.
If you're looking at gyms in the area like I was, I'd highly suggest popping into Basic Gym!

My partner and I were looking for a gym in Long Eaton and were impressed by the facilities and welcoming atmosphere at Basic Gym. Since joining the gym last month, we have been regularly. The gym is always clean and everything is kept in excellent condition. I have also been having regular Personal Training sessions with Arun, Alex and Rajan. The team are very knowledgeable, supportive and committed to helping get results. I would recommend Basic Gym to anyone wanting to progress on their fitness journey.
